Hi Everyone,

I just watched Rashelle's wonderful Intro To Life Lift DVD for the fist

time in I don't know how long, and it was a really great experience!!!

It was (and IS) what I would call a " refresher course " in Life Lift

breathing!!! I had resolved to watch the DVD once a week, every week, a

few years ago (Right after I got it in the mail, in fact) but never made

that promise that I made myself because of things that always seemed to

have gotten in the way of my viewing plans!! Well, right now I am

renewing that promise that I made to myself and am once again promising

myself that I will watch the DVD at least once a week from now on, if

not more often than that!!!

Rashelle, you are a magnificent Life Lift teacher (because it was you

who invented the whole Life Lift breathing process, of course!!!) and I

am so honored to be able to see well enough (If you remember, I have

birth defects in my eyes and, as a result, am blind in my right eye with

only partial vision in my left eye) be able to see, learn from, and

enjoy DVDs!!! So, now I am going to make a concerted effort to take

full advantage of the wonderful blessing from God where Rashelle's Intro

To Life Lift DVD is concerned!!! Please support me in this promise I am

making to myself right now, everyone, and thank you so very, very much

for your help in this regard!!!
