Guest guest
Dear ,  Bless your heart. I am so sorry you have to endure this but as I have seen you in the past you have the most incredible determination and the heart of a lion so I feel certain you will find a way to overcome some day.  Have you thought of trying doing LifeLift in 5 or 10 minute sets? I often do just 10 breaths at a time and I find it offers amazing benefits and takes only 5 minutes at a time. If I do that several times a day my belly always feels tighter the next day. When I first started teaching LifeLift in my wellness center I have everyone do just 10 to 20 breaths at a time. It is true that people usually lose a little more in the beginning with the 15 to 20 minute sessions, but I have also found that rotating and doing one day of smaller, 5 to 10 minute sessions, a few times a day or even more often, less breaths then increasing the next day to 15 or 20 minutes really can help get things moving so try not to do the same exact thing every day. Many studies are showing that even changing the way you eat daily can help move some weight off a little easier and I am convinced that changing your workout routine every few days can make a big difference too in over all health and well-being as well as weight and inch loss.  Take good care, Rashelle ________________________________ From: mimarg <mimarg5557@...> LifeLift Sent: Wednesday, April 4, 2012 8:58 AM Subject: CPAP nights...  I awoke this morning totally annoyed with the absolute need for my CPAP machine. If I try sleeping without it, I DON'T sleep. Of course, I tried to sleep without it and ended up grabbing it at 3 in the morning and moving to another bedroom. Transitions. I think I need to make that OTHER bedroom comfortable for me because hubby doesn't love the CPAP at all. I've been in Physical Therapy for the last month or so. IT is helping with the muscle spasms and cramps and lower back pain. I do my LL breathing with it. And NO, I have not been faithful to my lifelift....it has been sporadic at best. My struggle...I GET HOT. I have to have icepacks just to do lifelift and any exercise or exertion makes me so warm I feel ill...just a side effect of MS. So I am in a PLANNING stage...I am writing down any and all exercises recommended for me by the PT, I am setting TIMES for me to do them and when...length of time for the exercise sessions has to be limited because my recovery time is important. \ IT SEEMS ALL TOO AGGRAVATING. It is just where I am now. It doesn't help that my husband and I are PLANNING A JOB CHANGE for him...that means STRESS. Probably the majority of my frustration right now. Thank you guys for listening... I am going to do my lifelift RIGHT NOW...at least 15 minutes. Checking the time...I'll try to get back on and say I completed IT.
