Guest guest
Hi everyone, I hope everybody is doing well (it's been quiet?). I have a question about mixing up the tapes please? By the time I get home, I tend to like video 2, because I get to do most of it on the floor :-) but lately I've noticed it is not as effective as it was during the first three weeks. So i've switched some positions and added some from video one. I think video one is the longest workout, so I'm wondering if I should try doing both in a day to see faster results (or back on track results?), or just switch back to video one for a change in positions? Blessings to all of you, and thanks anyone! Suz K.
Guest guest
Hi Suz, The best thing you can do is to alternate your workouts. Ideally for weight loss try to rotate your workouts and not do the same thing every day, day after day. Any of the tapes are going to be good, especially the Reflexology but be sure to do something different every few days. Be sure you eat something every few hours to keep your body fueled so you don't slow down your metabolism. Drink at least 4 full glasses of water daily and keep a positive attitude and see yourself the way you want to be. The power of your own thoughts can be amazing so keep a positive focus on what you want instead of what you don't want Doing 2 in a day is great but still try to do something a little different every few days, even if you rotate the time of day you do each workout.
