MayI am sorry you are having a hard day. I am having a tough day as one of my sisters and bil stopped in on the 30th and now telling all kind of things to my other sister and brother.

Please hang in there and have your blood pressure checked. I have horrible headaches when my blood pressure is high.Hugs Love & Prayersette

Thank You the internest visit went very well. He sat me up with a lot of blood work (27) some are repeats just to make sure that if there is a false positive or negative. I got the blood work done sunday morning. I would have prefered to be in church But I can't handle that much light. I go today for more testing to check to see if I am haveing a lot of little strokes that is leading up to a big one or if I have been haveing a lot of small heart attacks. Also for heavy metal poisioning, lupus, firbo, b-vit. depletion, calcium overload, cancer, cluster headaches, and brain or eye injury from the seizures. may

hello all! i am in spain! fun fun... excited.

i wanted to share that recently i had a novel thought... i was sitting just

being me and i thought about all the people all over the world who were

bingeing right at that very moment... i thought of them and of the pain they

must be feeling (or not feeling, right?)... it really made me feel

compassion, gratitude, love, etc etc all good things... it can be the same

thought now.
