Thanks Colleen. Maybe it wont be as awful as i think its going to be.

Other than having to pack my stuff. We finally got park approved today

with the stipulation that my husbands parents be responsible if we

default on the rent. SO at least thats out of the way. NEXT!!!!!

hehe

Hi

Melinda

I read about your bad day and almost cried myself because its almost

exactly what happened to me summer of 2000. lost everything

due to illness and had not been approved for disability and had to put

boxes at my aunts and stay with her and thought " just get me through

the day LORD! " I still cringe when I think about that time of

my life because you really think it will not get better, but trust me it

does. It takes some time and some ingenuity. YOU CAN MAkE

IT! I now have a car again and a place of my own(no more living

with alcoholic relatives) and the lower stress has made me feel better

Melinda-my mother has sever alzheimers and has had for 6 years. It came on so insidiously-she seemed fine but now that I look back and remember there were signs pre the real thing. I do not see her that often as we were never close, but i know the last itme I saw her it really hurt a lot. My sisters chose to put her in a nursing home but that only lasted a month. They then took her to one sisters home and the family is caring for her. carol

BreBre seen it and she was so delighted with it, now Grama has to make some of the outfits...She Love the Enchanting Mermaid with all the sequinns and pearls on it and so I will be trying to make one similar to it for her...That one will take a lot of hand work, don't know if I can do it, but I am willing to give it a shot...Can't say I can't do it until I try :o) Keep us updated on yourself...

What are you painting??? That is one task I am NOT able to do...At least pictures :o) Wall's are another story... No I can't afford any of those barbies either, so I am going to try and Make the barbie mermaid one, that ones sells for $400. !!! That is SO ridiculous...I can see all the hours a person put into that lovely dress, but I can be pretty sure that they didn't collect $400. for making it ...

Did you get our funny smell??? Our's started in the back porch three days ago...We know what the smell is, but finding it is next to impossible...Our's is a dead mouse in the walls out there somewhere...The smell goes away in seven days, but it is so gross untill then :o(

Hurry and get your room done, I want to see a dress that you made...But don't hurt yourself !!!

Sometimes i can repair them its really hard though. Cant do a whole lot

with a doll who's got like, no nose or chewed hands. But like if a little

girl gets a hold of a doll and hacks her hair off. thats something

fixable. sure will send a pic. in fact heres one. hes had a total

makeover and her hairs been slightly curled. I made the outfit as well.

hope the attachment works.

Now that is Beautiful !!! You sure did a Good job... Our daughter's first wedding, she had a full wedding gown... Of course she was going to burn the dress after it broke up, so I asked her if I could tear it apart for her :o) She said she didn't care... So I took it completely apart...I made Two little dresses and three slips from it and a Barbie wedding dress and slip, and have a LOT of sequinces and pearl beads left over to use :o) I paid too much for that thing to let it get burned, sooooo I recycled it... She never knew about the dresses... But she sure thought they were lovely...I covered one in light blue lace and the other in lilac...Here's a pic of them... Keep up the good work of redoing!!!

Wow! Those dresses are so cute! I agree on saving the wedding dress. Why burn it when you can use it to make other pretty things. They sure are expensive. :)I still have mine in my hope chest, with my veil and slip and shoes hehe. It wasnt the dress i had intended on wearing but things got messed up and we bought it second hand. I wish i could have worn the dress i had bought i the first place.( cost my mom $700.00) but fate just didnt have that in its plan.

Anyway. Thanks for the complements. Much appreciated. I dont get very many so everyone counts :)Hugs.

My mom complained of pain the ENTIRE time. if i even say something of mine hurts the answer from either one of them is would you like mine..... Makes me feel like anything i feel is not worth mentioning. Was surprized when my mom asked me how i felt in relation to my SSI being under review.... Cant believe she asked me if i though that i was better.. My family doesnt even know me. Its pretty sad.

I wanna see the dragon flies :o) I need to get started on some barbie dresses too, but am trying to do the quilt square I promised to do for the W T C quilt... Its taking me sometime, as it is hard to do anymore for me... They want it on 28 or 32 count... I am working on 28 count...Never worked on that small of stitching before...I'm using a magnifying lamp and magnifying glasses...My son made a pic for me to do, it will be 5"x 5"... I'll scan it when I'm done, and show it too ya's...

That's something I learned a long time ago, NOT to tell my family how i am... If they ask and I am having the worst day of my life or the best day, the answer to them is ALWAYS

"Peachy Kean" !!!!!!! They accept that answer, because they really didn't want an honest answer in the first place... It's just a courtesy

question... When they start to tell me of thier troubles, I listen intently, give the answer that are needed, because I care... That's the difference :o) They don't care, they are self centered... My family has no idea of what is wrong in our home, as they really don't care... Been like this since I was a child too...

Sooooooooooooo, you can either be like them or just be yourself :o) They do as they please, so you do as you please... your an adult show them how an adult is suppose to behave :o) At least you got out of the house !!!

Keep active and walk around the house :o) Outside prefered... :o)

Hi helen. ya its nice out :) i went with mom and my sister to the mall. oh joy joy.

Been working on my dolls alot too. But other than that pretty quiet. oh i decorated a mirror with dragon flies :)

Hugs
