Guest guest
Thanks Colleen. Maybe it wont be as awful as i think its going to be. Other than having to pack my stuff. We finally got park approved today with the stipulation that my husbands parents be responsible if we default on the rent. SO at least thats out of the way. Guest guest
Melinda-my mother has sever alzheimers and has had for 6 years. It came on so insidiously-she seemed fine but now that I look back and remember there were signs pre the real thing. I do not see her that often as we were never close, but i know the last itme I saw her it really hurt a lot. My sisters chose to put her in a nursing home but that only lasted a month. They then took her to one sisters home and the family is caring for her. carol On Sat, 24 Nov 2001 21:09:56 -0500 Melinda Sprague <mydragon@...> writes: as far as i know yes, my grandmother has been checked for Alzheimer's. Guest guest
Now that is Beautiful !!! You sure did a Good job... Our daughter's first wedding, she had a full wedding gown... Of course she was going to burn the dress after it broke up, so I asked her if I could tear it apart for her ) She said she didn't care... So I took it completely apart...I made Two little dresses and three slips from it and a Barbie wedding dress and slip, and have a LOT of sequinces and pearl beads left over to use ) I paid too much for that thing to let it get burned, sooooo I recycled it... She never knew about the dresses... But she sure thought they were lovely...I covered one in light blue lace and the other in lilac...Here's a pic of them... Keep up the good work of redoing!!! Guest guest
Hi Melinda, shopping, that I like when I get to spend money ) Which isn't too often... I wanna see the dragon flies ) I need to get started on some barbie dresses too, but am trying to do the quilt square I promised to do for the W T C quilt... Its taking me sometime, as it is hard to do anymore for me... They want it on 28 or 32 count... I am working on 28 count...Never worked on that small of stitching before...I'm using a magnifying lamp and magnifying glasses...My son made a pic for me to do, it will be 5"x 5"... I'll scan it when I'm done, and show it too ya's... That's something I learned a long time ago, NOT to tell my family how i am... If they ask and I am having the worst day of my life or the best day, the answer to them is ALWAYS "Peachy Kean" !!!!!!! They accept that answer, because they really didn't want an honest answer in the first place... It's just a courtesy question... When they start to tell me of thier troubles, I listen intently, give the answer that are needed, because I care... That's the difference ) They don't care, they are self centered... My family has no idea of what is wrong in our home, as they really don't care... Been like this since I was a child too... Sooooooooooooo, you can either be like them or just be yourself ) They do as they please, so you do as you please... your an adult show them how an adult is suppose to behave ) At least you got out of the house !!! Keep active and walk around the house ) Outside prefered... ) ((( Special Caring Hugs ))) Helen "Encourage one another. Many times a word of praise or thanks or appreciation or cheer has kept people on their feet." - Swindoll Hi helen. ya its nice out i went with mom and my sister to the mall. oh joy joy. My mom complained of pain the ENTIRE time. if i even say something of mine hurts the answer from either one of them is would you like mine..... Makes me feel like anything i feel is not worth mentioning. Was surprized when my mom asked me how i felt in relation to my SSI being under review.... Cant believe she asked me if i though that i was better.. My family doesnt even know me. Its pretty sad. Been working on my dolls alot too. But other than that pretty quiet. oh i decorated a mirror with dragon flies Hugs Love melinda
