I'm going to read that one.

It reminds me of what I am following....the flylady babysteps...

kind of the same principle....

Just one small thing done daily....for me it is my stationary bike for 30

minutes with lifelift breathing....

from flylady, just a shiny sink, helps me walk through my kitchen.

and I like the 27 fling boogie....

I've gotten my water the last three days and it feels amazing....never realized

it was what I needed to help " flush " .

By the way, my stationary bike and LL gave me a beautiful slim tummy today!

I will finish my coffee...hmmm...I need too go back to my 40 FIRST IN THE

MORNING BEFORE COFFEE.

Hi , I am a Flybaby too! I followed Pam and Peggy's original

program years ago but got lost in all the pretty 3 by 5 cards and making

sure I had all my ducks in a row..... Flylady's program of 15 minutes at

a time is great. We can do anything for 15 minutes. :-)
