I've been reading The Spark written by the founder of Spark People. He suggests when wanting to change a habit for the better to choose one or two " streaks " for a period of time. Since I've had such a hard time sticking to doing LL I chose to do 10 breaths each day for a week. Next week I'll go up to 20 increasing each week. I also am choosing to not eat candy and to drink 48 oz of water each day and take my vites, glucosamine and cherry concentrate etc. This is day 2 of my " streak " It's amazing how just a little tweak in the way we think of things can make a difference. Keep on posting...........your messages are great motivation. next week I will add some exercise to the streaks.
