Happy New You! The New

Year is coming and it is time for you to start thinking about yourself. You

have shopped until you were ready to drop for everyone else, hopefully you were

smart this year and did a lot of your shopping on line. I know I did most of it

this way and it left me so much more time to enjoy my family and friends. The

message here is take care of yourself and allow yourself time and energy enough

to take care of the one person you usually neglect, yourself. If you don't take

care of yourself you will not have the energy or the stamina it takes to be

there for those you care about.

Are you getting enough

sleep to be healthy and happy?

This New Year make a

focused effort to get enough sleep and enough oxygen to enjoy your year to the

fullest.

Your body requires a

full night's sleep to mend damaged cells, consolidate memories, and recharge

the immune system, says Wyatt, Ph.D., director of the Sleep Disorders

Service and Research Center at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.

I have never been able

to function well without sleep. Most of us become cranky, clumsy and impaired

without enough sleep. Being sleep deprived can lead to serious immune system

failure.

How can LifeLift be

connected to getting enough sleep? Lack of oxygen can create all kinds of

problems. Being even a little overweight can lead to sleep disorders, such as

snoring. Snoring can rob your sleep partner of sleep but it can also rob you of

sleep.

Snoring can happen

when air gets trapped in the passage between the throat and mouth, causing the

soft tissue to vibrate. This is what causes the loud sound that snoring can

create. This loud noise can wake no only the person next to you, but it can

wake you up too.

Here are some things

to try if you or someone you sleep with is snoring at night:

1-Do at least 20

LifeLift breaths just before going to sleep

2-Try to have the

person who is snoring sleep on their side.

3-Use an air purifier

to cut down on allergens in your bedroom

4-Do several sessions

of LifeLift during the day. If you only do about 5 minutes, several times a day

you will change the way you look and feel in ways that will thrill and surprise

you. When you take each LifeLift   breath

be sure that you empty completely. Expel the air until you feel as empty of air

as possible. Instead of taking shallow, quick breaths, take long, slow, relaxed

breaths when you breathe. You will love the way you feel each and every day and

your New Year will be so much better because you took the time to control your

own breaths.

You and only you have

control over each breath you take. Remember that and smile when you realize how

much control you really do have over making this the best year of your life.

Having

more oxygen flowing through your body will improve every aspect of your life.

Even your business

life can improve as you have more energy to put your heart into what you love

to do.

You may notice those

around you smiling more because all that oxygen can really improve your

disposition.

Even the little ones

behave better with more oxygen so have your little girls and guys do some

LifeLift breaths.

Breathe and enjoy the

days ahead.

Happy Holidays to all

of you. I will be thinking of you all with love and gratitude in my heart.

Rashelle
