Guest guest Posted June 4, 2010 Report Share Posted June 4, 2010 Did my LL with the bands and plan to do the Reflexology before bed tonite. Just being accountable! I had to take 2 Xanax as I had an MRI today to make sure I don't have a brain tumor (I know I don't have one) but I do suffer with severe migraines, and the Dr. wanted to rule it out. MRI's kinda freak me out a bit, I must have fallen asleep after the band LL because I woke up on the floor with the bands in my hands , even heavily sedated, I still Lifelifted!
