hmmmm, this is what I think of today. My daughter works right now with the

Cardio section of the hospital. She gave me the " check your cholesterol "

speech...did I know my numbers. do I know my blood pressure? I actually

couldn't tell her. So, that is what I think of today.

I can check my BP. And I will make an appt for the bloodwork as it is time for

that anyway because of my meds.

But, I did overhear on a radio show the speaker saying he got his heart rate up

to a certain level...Now, I haven't done that in a very long time...Measured my

heart rate; beyond knowing what it was during a sleep study.

Wanda, do you remember which newsletter covered the benefits to the HEART

muscle? The recent one you posted is good. But as usual, I guess i am

thinking, there is a " simpler " method of working your heart than killing

yourself on a treadmill. And truthfully, with LIFELIFT...I think I can say I

would successfully manage a heart EKG...free and clear of stressors.

Any thoughts anyone...

going to do my 40...or 50...or whatever I feel like...it does feel so GOOD!

Hi ,

I will try and find a newsletter that talks about this.

You are doing so amazingly well. Keep up the grand work!

Love, Wanda
