Guest guest
Marcie, :):) You are probably needing to drink water. 1-2 glasses of pure water should make that go away in an hour or so. Whenever we have a massive killoff from a cleansing or a lot of exercise after none, we clog the lymphatic system. When the lymphatic system is clogged, it feels like a cold or flu coming on -- because at the beginning of every cold or flu your lymphatic system gets clogged. Now you know it isn't a cold or flu, it is clogged lymph. A massage wouldn't hurt either. jim Marcie ston wrote: > From: marciejohnston@... (Marcie ston) > > Hi, Oxyplus! You want to ENCOURAGE that. You can do quite a few things to help speed up the elimination of the mucus, and once its gone, you will feel a tremendous difference. Drink lots of fresh lemon juice (diluted in distilled water, of course), drink lots of pure water, and you might try some lymph exercises - my favorite is rebounding (jumping on a mini-trampoline).. If you are brave, go to the health food store and buy some of the powdered cayenne pepper, put it in a bag, and then take whiffs of the bag (do this slowly, experiment), and boy will THAT get your sinuses flowing - I eliminated a cold in an HOUR doing this, when it would normally take days. Bottom line, you're gonna have to just tought it out, but believe me, it will be worth it once you get past this hurdle. -- Marcus

Guest guest
Hi Marcie! Something else you may wish to consider, is where you are working out. I had a similiar problem. I set up my treadmill in my basement where it is slightly musty and had a problem with an aspergillus fungus in the air. Which of course, enters the body and can cause all kinds of problems. Also, in a gym, new carpet or chlorine from the pool/ spa area may be a factor. You may wish to consider the surroundings which may or may not apply. Just a thought. Hope you find the source soon. Sincerely, Greer

Guest guest
Since buying a book about Aerobic breathing several years ago whilst on holiday in the US, I have been researching the link between aerobic breathing and health. In particular I am interested in weight loss. I have also purchased numerous books and videos on the subject so have looked into a few different techniques. They only seem to vary slightly but there are a few programs along similar lines as LifeLift. It almost seems too good to be true yet I really want it to work! I have had a few half hearted attempts but I don't get dramatic inch loss so I give up. I am ashamed to say that I have never stuck with it long enough to really give it a go. I have been reading a website about some of the most popular programs like Bodyflex and Oxycise which has got me interested again. I would really like to know if anyone found that the results weren't as instant as promised but, unlike me, has stuck with it long enough to prove one way or another if it is effective for weight loss and inch loss. I have read so many testimonials that claim such incredible success that I feel there must be some truth in it! I need some motivation to keep at it! Thanks.
