Guest guest
Not sure if anyone can help me and I have also sent an email to le but have not received a response. I think she has been out of town due to the Holidays. I wanted to see if anyone has experienced a problem with Lifelift and monthly periods. For some reason, whenever I start Lifelift, my periods stop. Not sure why? When I do Lifelift, I really seem to drop inches to my smaller sizes but not the weight. But I think that is mainly to poor eating habits. But wondered why I am experiencing this? It happens everytime. Should I do something different? Thank you again and have a blessed day. Guest guest
Hi Fran; My only guess would be that the increased oxygen level that LifeLift provides, along with the abdominal lift and other positions, is taking your body time get adjusted, so your periods aren't necessarily stopping, they're probably going off-schedule---I know whenever I do something 'new', my periods get out of whack; Are you nearing menopause?...It could very well be hormonal. I'm 43 and beginning to experience the very early stages (I'm about 3 weeks late this month; last month, I was a week early, and my skin is going crazy), but I know whenever I stop lifelifting and start again, my entire system needs to re-adjust. Of course, you should always check with your Doctor if you're unsure about anything.
