Whenever I try to do LL (or any aerobic breathing that involves breath holding) my blood pressure starts getting too high (I check it daily...before exercising). I'd try to go back to Oxycise but I can't stand to do it (I dread it...with a passion...it's like torture). I do slow deep breathing to lower my blood pressure (and it works wonderfully)but it's just not enough to help me lose weight. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
