What a great message to get! I have those moments, too. And you made me

realize that " challenges " aren't the only things we share. We also share

success.

I had a great time this morning, doing cardio--I live in Southeast Idaho and

the autumns here get pretty chilly. I got up this morning and took my two

lab puppies out for THE run. We could see each other's breath and the

burning in my lungs was not just the aerobics. The beautiful leaves and

playfulness of my pups made it one of those 20 minute sessions that I did

not mind AT ALL!

I love LIFE! And I am beginning to not mind my new physique at all, either

(how vain is THAT? But I'm earning it!)

well, as usual, all of you inspired me.

Thanks so much for your wonderful support.

I got up this morning and did my 40 BEFORE my coffee....That is MAJOR!

Felt really good too.

I PLAN to continue and make this a habit.

If I have my 40 done....that means all else is LAGNIAPPE......

I have physical therapist friends....I am going to remind them ever so gently to

be aware that when people " hurt " and they are afraid of somethng hurting more,

they may HOLD THEIR BREATH....True huh....yep...I am proof.
