Guest guest
Hi You have some great goals here. It's great to get back into the swing of things after a vacation. I don't think it matters which way you put your tongue up on the roof of your mouth; because if you sit and just try it now you'll feel the stretch of the muscles either way. No matter how you do anything with LL you will succeed. Welcome back from your trip. Hope you enjoyed yourself. Guest guest
Thanks Wanda for the idea.........lol..... it never occurred to me that either way would be fine! Did 50 breaths tonight while I was watching the Biggest Loser. Partway through Jillian, (one of the trainers) said that you can exercise during the show. At every commercial you can do about 10 jumping jacks and I thought Ha! No jumping jacks for me but I could do my breathing. Hope you all are fine and have a good night. Guest guest
I'm need to do the same, Liz. I'm incredibly busy, but need the accountability. Melinda ) ---- " lizkins9@... The problem that I'm having is since I'm so busy babysitting it's hard to do my workouts. I've been doing them at the same time of day for years. So I need to start new habit at a different time of the day and I'm having trouble doing that. :-o > > I need your help. I'm going to commit to doing LL 5 days a week and start posting it along with whatever other, if any, workout that I do as I try and figure out a new time to workout daily. Is that OK? Will you root me on? > > Love, Liz > > ____________________________________________________________ > Get Free Email with Video Mail & Video Chat! > http://www.juno.com/freeemail?refcd=JUTAGOUT1FREM0210 > > >
