Hi

You have some great goals here. It's great to get back into the

swing of things after a vacation.

I don't think it matters which way you put your tongue up on the roof

of your mouth; because if you sit and just try it now you'll feel the

stretch of the muscles either way. No matter how you do anything

with LL you will succeed.

Thanks Wanda for the idea.........lol..... it never occurred to me that

either way would be fine! Did 50 breaths tonight while I was watching

the Biggest Loser. Partway through Jillian, (one of the trainers) said

that you can exercise during the show. At every commercial you can do

about 10 jumping jacks and I thought Ha! No jumping jacks for me but I

could do my breathing.
