Guest guest
Welcome back Helene. Of course we remember you from our Topica list. I'm so very sorry for the loss of your husband. I will be praying for you and your family. I suggest you pop in your Original Lifelift tape and watch and really learn the breath over again. You will do wonderfully. Glad to see you back. Guest guest
Good Morning Helene, My name is and I have been with LL a year or so. Sometimes I post under my nickname Miss so you'll know it's me, because we do have another who posts on occasion. I don't remember the Topica List but if it is anything like the LL Group, it was fun and inspiring, and educational. I am so happy to meet you and to know you have come back to Ll says so much for the program. I look forward to getting to know you better. I will be in prayer for you and your family as you go through the grieving process over the loss of the head of your household and family. He watches over you I'm sure. It is cold but sunny here today and I hope it is sunny where you are. Have a lovely day. God Bless, :-) Helene- <stggal@...> wrote: Hi Rashelle and Everyone- I don't know if any of you remember me from the Topica list; my name is Helene, and I'm a one-time LifeLifter who has recently started anew. Guest guest
Dear Ladies, how wonderful you are!-- Rashelle, Wanda, Connie, Diane, Virginia, Melinda, , and -- Thanks so much for the kind words of support and encouragment; one thing I always remembered, besides the benefits of the program itself, was the fellowship and spritual connection everyone has with one another; it makes a huge difference. I'm on my way to order the instructional video, and level 1 & 2 workouts; I lent mine out and never got them back, which is no surprise considering how effective the program is. It's amazing, Rashelle, how accessible you are, and make time for everyone; just one of the many lovely attributes that set you apart from so many others in the fitness industry. I'll be sure to pop in often, and thanks again for making me feel so welcome. Love, Helene
