I'm going to the Far East for the 1st time over Christmas & New Year

with my son, his girlfriend & her family (we're visiting their

relatives in Manila, and then on to Beijing & the Great Wall of

China) -- I have exactly 2 months from TODAY til our departure date &

thanks to Karma's recent goal-setting of her own, I'm going to see if

I can shed a few inches & pounds B-4 the trip, so I won't have to

worry about " dreaded gaining " while we're abroad, LOL

Anyway, here's my reducing plan, that began this morning:

5-10-5 (20 total minutes/40 total flex-breaths) of LifeLift & Belly-

Rub in BED soon as my clock-radio goes off...

10 minutes/20 flex-breaths of LL, plus trunk-twists & marching in

place on my AM break at work...

10 more minutes/20 flex-breaths of LifeLift, plus trunk-twists &

marching in place on my PM break...

5-10-5 (20/40) of LL & Belly-Rub in BED again, right after " lights

out " ...

That's a Grand Total of 1 HOUR of LifeLift flex-breathing daily,

which includes 20 minutes of Belly-Rub AND 20 more minutes of

positions throughout the day -- This is ALL to target the mid-

section, which is my problem area <:-O I'll mix up the order of my

routines every other day or so & see what kind of progress I make on

a weekly basis !!!

Thanks for your encouragement, everyone & I hope to give you all some

inspirational reports on my numbers, beginning next Monday...

CC

Hi CC,

Thanks for the message. I am on day 23 of 30 and am still quite pleased with my

progress.

What I am working on for this 30 day challenge to myself is my ability to stick

with a plan! :-) I know that I need to start my day with a salad. I know that

if I don't, my day is just not as productive. I know this about myself, yet

there are days that I have to fight with myself to eat anything. The days that

I lose that battle with myself and don't eat are NOT my best days. I have

trouble staying focused, I crave sugar all day long, and my mind wonders. I am

also moody. Knowing this one would think it would be a no brainer to just eat

the salad and get started right. But, no, it is still a battle to stay on

track.

Anyway, still losing and loving my challenge.
