I'm still trying to get rid of this virus so haven't been online

much. Glad to see you back Ellen! We'll all work together to get

back on track for the New Year.

Happy New Year. May all your 2008 dreams come true.

In the New Year I am going to continue on working on a healthier

me;plus I have other personal issues that need attending to. In 2008

I am making 'ME' the priority. Rashelle has taught us so many times

to keep ourselves healthy (in all ways) so that we are able to care

for others. That is a beautiful thought; and a very true statement

at that. And one of the hardest things for lots of us to

accomplish. I will accomplish these.

I look forward to finding the time to be active on this list again; I

miss everyone. I get excited when those who lurk come and introduce

themselves; as I've said before; years ago I was the queen of lurkdom

and after I took that first 'plunge' in introducing myself; that's

when everything started to change for the better. It is true that

being actively involved in a support group can help us achieve our

goals. That is what Rashelle and her products and list does for us;

helps us achieve our personal goals in the easiest, most loving and

supportive way.
