Hi ,

I so love being a Lifelift olde timer; and will do my very best to

share with you. Our sweet Liz even does her breathing while in

Church. So it certainly can be done quietly.

When I blow out the golden straw; (while in a crowd or around others)

I do not purse my lips as much so it's more of a very soft blowing

sound that comes out of my lips; when I bring up the sniff; I do it

slower on the sniff up; therefore that doesn't make the usual sniff

noise. Holding it for a few seconds is easy. Doing the PAH part

when people are around; I do a very soft sigh out and create the

vacuum that way and do not do the PAH noise at all; and then the

squeeze of the stomach and butt no one will notice.

Saturday I sat in the middle of a Wellness Center; doing light

therapy and I did about 25 breaths during this; with customers coming

in/out and no one was the wiser; not even the owner.

But when I do breaths in the bathroom stall; I do the true sniff and

the true PAH; because there is usually so much noise in public

restrooms no one will notice. And other places with crowds; I just

do it with the true sniff and PAH; no one pays attention.

I hope this helps and I hope others who do the breathing amongst

others will share how they do it as well. Then you'll be able to

work out a way that works well for you.
