LifeLift definitely tones down my appetite, especially for junk

foods !!! If I'm eating out at a restaurant, or having dinner at a

friend's, I'll do about 5 minutes of LL flex-breathing in my car

beforehand & that way I won't over-indulge on fattening dishes <:-)
