Guest guest
Hello Ladies, I hope that you are well this morning. I just wanted to tell you that I started over again yesterday with my breathing This time I did not do my breathing with such strong gusto. I was a lot more gentle. I feel great! This morning, I did the resistance band dvd as well as the reflexology dvd. I love the positive affirmations that Rashelle gives. Also, we were out all day yesterday. I felt myself getting a little tired so I did some of the Life Lifts and wow! What a difference. All of my tired feelings went away and I was able to focus on having fun with my family instead of focusing on how tired I was. I think I am gonna LOVE this. Thanks to all of you who gave your suggestions about my pain last week. Have a great day.
