Welcome back :) Good on you for getting out of bed. Sometimes that's

the hardest part. LOL :)

Hello Ladies,

I hope that you are well this morning.

I just wanted to tell you that I started over again yesterday with my

breathing This time I did not do my breathing with such strong gusto. I

was a lot more gentle. I feel great! This morning, I did the resistance

band dvd as well as the reflexology dvd. I love the positive affirmations

that Rashelle gives.

Also, we were out all day yesterday. I felt myself getting a little tired

so I did some of the Life Lifts and wow! What a difference. All of my

tired feelings went away and I was able to focus on having fun with my

family instead of focusing on how tired I was.

I think I am gonna LOVE this.

Thanks to all of you who gave your suggestions about my pain last week.

Have a great day.

Lindy

thrilled to discover all the many benefits from this Good Health

program -- And I'm VERY glad to hear you're feeling much better from

doing your LL more gently !!! Isn't it amazing how just a FEW easy

flex-breaths can revitalize your whole system ???

Hello Lindy,

I am so pleased to hear this news. I am also happy to see that many of our

wonderful LifeLifters responded to help you when I was not on line.

When you are doing LifeLift a good thing to remember is that nothing should ever

hurt when you are doing LifeLift correctly. The more relaxed you are the easier

it is for your body to release toxins, fat and stress. The more nurturing it

feels the better it is for your body.

Be Healthy and take good care,

Rashelle
