Checking in i did my 40 yep i am up to 40 again breaths before getting

out of bed this morning , along with 30 flexes . then had my cereal and

now i am drinking my first big mug of water for the day . A cup of

coffee is sounding good to me now but wont have it until i drink the

one water first then a coffee and another water.

Woo-hoo, MOLLY <:-) you're on a roll now !!! Say, have you tried doing

Rashelle's Chinese Belly-Rub yet ??? I attribute my recent success at

accelerated reducing (especially around the MID-section) to my " 5-10-5 "

routine -- here's how it goes:

Lying in BED with a pillow under my knees (for the gimpy back) I do 5

minutes/10 flex-breaths of basic LL, which goes by FAST !!! Then I do

10 minutes/20 flex-breaths of LifeLift WITH the Belly-Rub, which is a

REAL pleasure <:-) Then I finish up with another 5 minutes/10 flex-

breaths of basic LL to top it all off & that's my FULL 40 breath " flexi-

workout " DONE for the whole day (if I had a pretty big target goal,

then I would definitely try to do a 2nd session of the Belly-Rub AND

LifeLift again at night, for at least another 10 minutes/20 flex-

breaths, or until I fell asleep) LOL -- The combination of Rashelle's

Chinese Belly-Rub WITH flex-breathing really takes those inches off

your mid-section QUICKLY...

Wow! Cereal with 35 grams of fiber?! Tell me more, please. I'm doing

good to get 25 grams in one day, but if I could get 35 grams in one

sitting - WHOA!
