Hi again, !

My weekdays start at 5:AM (I'm on the commute train by 6:15, and at

work by 7:00, LOL) -- I use a clock-radio as my morning wake-up

alarm, and I set it to go off about 15 minutes " early " so I can get

in my AM LifeLift every day...

I'm NOT a " morning person " at ALL, ha-ha, so this is just something I

make a part of my daily routine, the same as brushing my teeth &

walking my dogs before leaving for work -- I find that " first thing

in the morning " LL routine really sets the tone for the whole rest of

my day by jump-starting all the great physical AND psychological

benefits I've listed here in previous posts !!!

What happens when you stay consistant with even a minimum amount of

LifeLift for a few weeks is that if you then lapse & skip a few

workouts, your body & soul feel SO " blah " that you just can't wait to

get right back on-program again <:-)
