Guest guest
So like some of you already know and have kindly given me advice on what to do about my candida problem, I wanted to update on it in relation to my LL breathing. Since doing my LL breathing and cutting my diet of the yeast irritants I have been having " die off symptoms " which are just as misrible as the symptoms of yeast to begin with... although it's a good thing I'm having them. I feel as if LL is helping to push it out since during my work outs I sweat which is recommended for detoxing out candida. My symptoms so far are flu like symptoms including: -headache -joint and muscle pain -vomitting (alot) -pale and cold -being dog tired my fiance says this is normal... therefore I'm trying to deal with it. =) Also I've come up with a new LL schedule that I feel will optimal. I'm doing 4 positions 10x = 40 breaths. I have 3 different exercise plans for 3 days but I can alternate them one day: 1. prayer tilt back (10x) 2. sitting lift in chair (10x) 3. same for inner th. (10x) 4. prayer position another day: 1. chin 2. ballet postions for inner and outer th. 3. chair with feet flexed 4. pelvic tilt another day: 1. frog 2. pelvic tilt with feet flexed 3. pretzel 4. prayer above and behind head I also will do reflexology at night and various breathing in the car on the way to work. _heather
