You have become the perfect LifeLift cheerleader. I can't imagine how anyone could read this and not want to go and immediately do some LifeLift breaths. I loved all of the positive support from everyone else too. Melinda, Miss, Molly, Laurie, . All of your messages were great. I also want to thank all of you for helping out with her question about the workout bands. Personally it is one of my favorite ways to workout. There are so many ways to use those bands while doing LifeLift while watching TV, a good movie, or any other time you just want to get your body feeling extraordinarily good. That extra resistance combined with the LifeLift breaths really gives me a great feeling of accomplishment. You all made my day.
