AWESOME, <:-) I'm " multi-tasking challenged " LOL, so I can't do my LL while driving & operating heavy equipment (ha-ha) or I might get distracted & have an accident <:-O Ordinary (quiet) deep-breathing is the best I can do on my 30 minute commute train rides AM & PM, but even that helps a lot with mood- elevation & stress-reduction...
