1st day starting out with LL.

This morning I did my own customized work out for about 10 minutes

with 3 warm up breaths. (15 breaths)

Then I did the 15 minute workout DVD. which is 30 breaths..?

Then I did several on the way to work in the car including the PELVIC

TILT which I love for my butt.

I estimate that I did about 60 breaths more or less so far. I also

intend tonight to do my reflexology breathing and I plan to work on

different points showed on the map Rashelle sent.

The reflexology is awesome for relieving tension. I usually am

constipated and this morning I was not b/c I worked on that point!
