Well so far i am not happy with today . But its not over yet since

i am a night person and have hours to go yet lol.

MOLLY <:-) you are an incredible inspiration to everyone !!!

And I'm with you 100% on getting your minimum number of LL flex-

breaths in first thing in the morning (I get up at 4:30 on weekdays

to take care of my animals before commuting into work so, YES, it's a

great way to wake up & get everything " pumping " for the rest of my

day) -- Woo-hoo, you GO girl <:-)
