Hi ,

I will be thinking about your daughter opening up and listening to Mom;

because we all know in the early 20's we just know much more than

Mom. : ) I bet your daughter would love the stretch band workouts;a

nd how nice it would be if she could do the favor of doing the

reflexology at night together... to keep you motiviated so she is

helping you ;)

You are always such a complete inspiration to us; I think your daughter

will join in. I would love to see more and more of our young adults

learn and incorporate Lifelift into their daily routines. The number

of diseases such as fibromyalgia and Cfids; is increasing in numbers in

the young adults; mostly females. We just need to keep educating

others. : )

Love to you and I'm thinking about you.

Wanda.

My oldest daughter, Genevieve is a 4th year med student. She is another one who

" works out " and " sweats " it out to stay in shape. I shared a little bit with

her, but she was too funny...she definitely knows it ALL! Ok with me, the way i

figure it...i am the incredible shrinking MOM, WIFE, FRIEND!

I've gotten in a little bit of a plateau, but I have not stopped my Lifelift

at all...I feel too much healthier with it. I'm afraid to stop...I can't

imagine how my body would react! That alone would be a good study! Can anyone

share about " plateaus " ?...I'm so tired of waiting it out. I'm ready to go shop

for pants, but I think when I do, I will have to be careful of what size to

purchase...

I've had two nights of not much sleep. My nerves were " active " in my back an

legs. As a result, I have to move and wait it out. Tonight I am not going into

my bed without a full reflexology workout first! Shame on me for not having

tried that before. I have a little bit of a problem being " caught " doing my

lifelift. Silly, silly. I'm over it!
