I do not fit into any of those categories, but I wish all of our mothers,

grandmothers, etc., a Happy Mother's Day, too!!! Why don't they have a holiday

for singles called " SINGLES DAY " or something like that?

We're doing great! It's been busy lately because Caeti-Leigh had her prom.

Neil and I were chaperones. The chaperones had to dress in costume (1920s to

1930s era Mediterranean Cruise theme with various ports of call). We dressed as

sailors, and I think we had as much fun as the kids. We plan on being

chaperones for the next 9 years (that will cover next year plus the next 8 when

the boys will be eligible to go - HA!!!) Neil couldn't find me at one point

(there were 850 kids there), then saw me bee-bopping by in a conga line!!

Hilarious!! You should have seen his face.

We can't wait to get back to Carlsbad. When do the bats come back?

Isn't it fun to see the kids all dressed up? So few occasions these days that

call for formals and tuxes. I think the blue jean/t-shirt generations actually

enjoy getting to dress to the nines. Chaperoning was a privilege for us. We

really hope to do it again.

I will do that, and may God bless you, your mom, me, and all of us here on our

wonderful Life Lift list. Isn't it wonderful that we care about each other so

much and that we can share all of our hopes, fears, sorrows, and joys with each
