For me personally, some key things about weight, LL, and eating are...

When I get up & start my day with some good LL flex-breaths, I find

it does 2 really GREAT things which I then experience all day long:

1) my mood & self-esteem stay VERY positive, and 2) my appetite

(especially for " junk food " ) really decreases -- I believe these

effects are all inter-related, because a higher metabolism keeps your

energy level UP and that makes you FEEL better & happier, so when

you're taking good HEALTHY care of yourself, you don't have that OLD

need to try & cheer up by snacking on " comfort foods " <:-)

If I go even just 2-3 day without doing my LL, I notice a REAL

increased tendency toward lethargy, depression & crankiness -- those

three terrible feelings contribute a LOT to over-eating & weight

gain, IMHO

CC
