Guest guest
Hey, that's good advice. Life Lift breathing SHOULD be started off slowly and SHOULD be gradually built up, but I say to aim for 100 Life Lift breaths a day and then to continue that for the rest of your lives, and I am talking to ALL of you here!!! Love always, Pat Re: One more thing ... IMHO, begin your first week doing 40 breaths, then start doing two sessions of 40 breaths each in your second week, and see how it goes after that <:-) Your friend, CC > > Is the consensus to do more than 40 LL breaths a day ? > > Love, > > > ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ TV dinner still cooling? Guest guest
Molly, That's my favorite way to do it too. Especially when I'm sitting here at the computer....I do alot of computer work so end up breathing most of the time.....I guess some day I should actually count the breaths, just to see how many I do LOL Jenni Are you trying to live a healthier life style and need support? Guest guest
Hi Pat, My 17 year old grandaughtes father committed suicide. But she seems to be coping very well, we are looking for a greif counselor for her to talk to. She spent all day yesterday with me, we are very much alike and very close.
