Guest guest Posted March 29, 2007 Report Share Posted March 29, 2007 Hi Everyone, This morning I did 50 LL breaths with my walk and I did 25 more LL breaths working my arms and obliques. Tonight I did 20 LL breaths with a Pilates tape and a little later I did 30 more LL breaths working my abs, obliques, and face.
