Guest guest Posted March 29, 2007 Report Share Posted March 29, 2007 I originally found Rashelle & LifeLift about 3 years ago, while searching online for Greer Childers' videos -- Long story short, I lost a few dress sizes in 1996 doing BodyFlex, but never kept up with that routine & had to re-lose all those inches in 2004 for a cruise to Alaska <:-O But, Rashelle's program is so health-oriented & nurturing that it is much easier to stick with for good, so I'm still on LifeLift maintenance after more than 36 months! Anyway, I recently replaced my old VCR with a new DVD player & upgraded my old tapes to new disks, so I gave my old LL videos to a dear friend. She started on this program for health reasons, needing to improve her circulation & " wind " -- She's much too introverted to ever join this list (!) so I need your help in trying to answer some questions from her: 1) If 20 mins/day is good, will doing LL 3 times/day for a grand total of 1 hour (20 mins & 40 breaths/session) be worth that extra effort? 2) If the focus is on your " apple shaped " torso, will doing leg-lifts while seated during flex-breaths speed inch loss in your lower abs ???
