Guest guest Posted March 29, 2007 Report Share Posted March 29, 2007 I did my Resistance band workout this morning, at around 4:00AM...yep was awake...it was a productive way to spend my time I can tell you. After that, I felt good enough to go visit my mom and dad 40 minutes away...now, driving for 40 minutes, I would say I did a breath every 3 minutes at the very least...and 40 both ways, that's 80/3...That is about 26 breaths in my commute. and this is all before 4:00pm...I'm not finished with the day yet!!! I've been " breathing " LL so much during my days...I kind of gave up counting, except on occasion to share with you guys. I am feeling so Wonderful! I have a spring in my step and my mom and dad were very tickled to see me so well. Mom said she doesn't know many people with MS who look like ME! I try to work my abs and my thighs and hips the most...yep, like most women, I am a PEAR. But goodness, it is so amazing to have a waist! I am almost at the 35 " that is supposed to be the bare minimum waist measurement according to some doctors. I also don't step on the scale much...Thank you Pat...You were right, I was obsessing since I stepped on it so often. My " size " is so much lighter, and the funny thing is, I am gaining muscle...I've tried to gain muscle the standard way, lifting weights, etc. This has done more in such a short time... (By the way, my family was all instructed on what I do, I'm not sure they will ever take it to heart...but as I get smaller?????!!! I think I know just what my sister in law will get for her birthday!) Cheering and dancing in Louisiana, I got my Victory theory tapes today... I cannot wait to get started!
