Guest guest
Oh Jules, You are AMAZING and this is certainly something to celebrate. I am definitely feeling very uplifted and inspired by your message. Some people workout for months doing traditional, grueling workouts and don't see this kind of results, and you are right, you have places you don't even measure where I am sure you have lost even more inches. This should get everyone doing their LifeLift breaths today! I am on my way out of town so I was not going to get on the computer, but I am sure glad I did. You made my day!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guest guest
Hey there lady! Sorry I had to so rudely cut our conversation short yesterday....A. was calling me on my cell phone, and I had a ton of stuff to do before going to do hb riding. You've had some awesome results! I'm still plugging along--what's it been....about two weeks now? Not a whole lot of change yet. Of course, the periodicals just started, so I feel like a Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade balloon. And I'm eating anything that can't out run me. Other than that...I did my breathing yesterday and today! Hope you have fun with your company today...did you get the house cleaned? Now you can do mine! Later! Nettie > Hope everyone is doing well! > > I'm sending healthy--TONED--energy to each and every one of you! > > R--Congratulations on your son's graduation! Guest guest
Hi Jules, I am so astounded at your fantastic Life lift results. I have not been keeping on top of my Life Lift emails, so have not been heard from by any of you for a long time!! The reason for this is that is as hot as hell here in Vermont, and I have been staying off my computer because I am so hat and sticky that my fingers stick to my keys and impede my typing speed and accuracy!!! But, Jules, when I saw your message, I just had to answer it. Congratulations, my dear friend, on your wonderful inch loss. I started my Life Lift program last February (2006) and have only lost 10 inches from my waist so far and, I think, around 20 lbs. I only measure from my waist, though. And guess what!!! I, too, only do the Life Lift breathing WITHOUT the positions!!! And, , sweetheart, congratulations to Jake!!! I am so glad to know that he has again attained another graduation!!! That's really great for him, and I know that you are really very proud of him, as you definitely should be!!!!! Love always, Pat Rashelle Haines wrote: >Oh Jules, > >You are AMAZING and this is certainly something to celebrate. Guest guest
Hello Dear Nettie, You hang in there. Some of our most successful LifeLifters were slow losers in the beginning and from what you are saying it sounds like a lot of what you have is what they call " fake fat " from the bloating. I find that doing LifeLift over time can do wonders to decrease that in the future. From your one of your past emails when you were talking about your thinner ankles I know you are getting better results than most would doing other types of exercise that are not as pleasant or easy to do, so reap the benefits of each LifeLift breath and keep us posted on your progress. I have complete faith in you. I feel certain you can get where you want to be and we will all be here cheering for you all the way!
