Guest guest Posted January 20, 2007 Report Share Posted January 20, 2007 Good Morning , Hope you all are having a great day : O ) I have done 136 breaths this morning according to my trusty clicker ( thanks again Viriginia )600 steps so far , 30 bicep curls , 30 tricep extensions , 30 counter pushups. Had a healthy breakfast now am enjoying a cup of tea , and reading this amazing forum to see what new things i can learn to help me on my journey to healthy and healthy weightloss .
