Guest guest Posted February 12, 2007 Report Share Posted February 12, 2007 Good Morning everyone. I am into my second week with my new workout DVD. I do have a question though. I recall hearing that you should do you breathing on an empty stomach to get the release of the HGH. I however, have a medication that I have to take first thing in the morning, and must have something in my stomach so that I don't get sick from it. Am I not going to get the full effect of Lifelift, or is it something that I can be doing throughout the day to get even better results?
