My knee is much better today, in fact I'm moving pretty good for an old broad. The toe is another subject. Talk about being a clutz! I just called the dr for a refill on the medicine for this URI I have had since May 6. It takes forever to get over something and I'm sure you can relate. Hoping for a good weekend as my daughter-in-law and her two boys will be her from NC for father's day. Hope you have a great one. Keeping you all in my thoughts. It has Emu Oil, Aloe Vera and MSM along with other things. Believe it or not, I rubbed it on toe and it really does help. Feels right good on my knee too. Their web site is: www.bluestuff.com in case any one is interested. It says guaranteed pain relief in 5 min., it might be in my head but it does help. Hope for a pain free weekend for all.
