I have noticed since renewing my LL...that my " muscles " are getting

definition...and the funny thing of it, some of the lifelift that I do,

is on a stationary bike...and my thighs..are looking like " biker legs " ...

It is curious...and my waist and middle is looking " sculpted " even with

the extra " weight " there...? Does this happen to any of you?

The other question,

What about " cardio " ? They always have the suggestion...meaning health

gurus etc, that you should get your heart rate up to so much for so

many minutes a day...? Does that fit in in anyone's schedule here, and

does LL do a " heart " workout...what happens there? Can LL be enough?

Yeah, my mom has heart issues too...I just watch her and realize I have

only today to make the most of my tomorrows...
