Now all we have to do is do plenty of LL breaths to work off those special treats we might have recieved yesterday . : O ) I had a change for breakfast this morning i know you are in shock aren't you lol i had a english muffin . But before that " LAURIE " i did my 10 LL breaths and my tummy exercise's . And then i did something i hadn't tried in all these years i did some more in the shower as " RASHELLE " had mentioned in one of her posts . That was very relaxing with the steam from the hot shower , thanks Rashelle . : O ) I think my coffee was to strong i am so hyper right now lol . And since no one has written any posts since i signed off last night i will have to go read something else and get in my finial LL breaths for this morning. Viriginia , i saw the pic of your grandbaby had i told you that , oh my that little boy is just to precious for words . No wonder your heart just melts when you look at his sweet face. And yes the shower ones are great - that is when I do many of mine, when I wake, right before bed, and a few in the shower! (for me - it is fitting in the time! lol - I usually do a few driving too, just not flexing, and not holding the breath as long - just really light ones) but we have a stand up shower, and it is good I think - to do the breath - and stand TOTALLY STRAIGHT against the wall of the shower - and SUCK that belly in!
