Guest guest
Hello my Dear Virginia, I am so happy to see you back here with us. Wanda knew I have been immersed in work so she sent me an email to let me know you were posting. She knew I would be excited to know you are here with us. It is wonderful just to see your name on a post. You are a treasure and I am so happy to have you back here with us. Be Healthy and take good care, Rashelle Harness the Powerful Benefits of Oxygen with LifeLift. Oxygen burns fat, tones muscles, reduces stress Be healthier with each breath you take with LifeLift www.oxygenlift.net. LifeLift is the Original Aerobic Breathing OT friends from Virginia Just a final note to tell all that I am here with a purpose. No offenses taken no gates either. Pat, there really isn't much else to say. I just wanted to explain and refresh your memory about what all had gone on with me and is still going. Last time we chatted you were sweltering with the heat wave that was assulting the country. Now it's ice and snow.:-( Two extremes and somewhere in there we all get from this day to the next. Ever give that much thought? Sometimes my worst enemy is thinking too much about something that I should let pass on by. Also opening my mouth without thinking how it might affect someone else. Wanda, when you have time I would love to hear from you what all is going on and if you made the trip to New York that you were planning before my modem crashed. For everyone...if I sounded out of sorts I'm sorry. Wasn't my intention. The folks I talk to on a regular basis know what all is going on or enough that no more is needed. Then there is me...just trying to get back in the swing of things and plunging right in there. Isn't that what the polar bears do in the polar bear clubs. Well, I'm feeling more like a walrus, kind of long in the tooth and every time I move the foundations shake and you wonder how much jello is really in there. Oh the metafors I could use to describe the weighty issue...;-} Like all good birds (so inclined) I am ready to migrate back to the other room and watch ER that comes on in about 15 minutes or so. Also have a love inspired novel I'm half way through to finish. Take care and I will be back and doing my breathing. Right now my goal is just to get back at it as I read the postings. Later I'll pick a number to do each day etc. Ta Ta for now...Virginia __________________________________________________________ Cheap talk? Guest guest
Rashelle, Good to have a welcome back from you. Hope your work load eases up. It's good to be back. I dusted off my counter and am clicking my way back down to smaller and hopefully healthier me. :-) Got to start somewhere and that seems the best as right now my eating etc. is not so good. Well, really, really bad. ;-o Virginia --- Rashelle Haines <rashelle@...> wrote: > Hello my Dear Virginia, > > I am so happy to see you back here with us. > > Wanda knew I have been immersed in work so she sent > me an email to let me know you were posting. Guest guest
Molly, This is excellent advice you have given. It's so easy to get overwhelmed; so small changes one at a time can make a world of greater healthier habits. Love, Wanda. > > > > Rashelle, > > > > Good to have a welcome back from you. Guest guest
Wanda , I have found if i try to change to many things at once i just get frustrated and quit everything . One thing at a time i can change .When that one thing becomes a habit, i can then change one more thing. Molly : O ) > > > > > > Rashelle, > > > > > > Good to have a welcome back from you.
