Guest guest
Congratulations Pat! I've been dancing around my house because of 4 weeks of progress with LL! I put a pair of jeans on yesterday, my favorite pair and they were BAGGY! Wonderful...I'm with you, this is the ONLY way to go...I will never " stress " my body again to be healthy and strong! Awesome that you've done it for a year...it would kill me not to know the weight. But, I have stopped weighing myself as I did a month ago. I find that because I have more muscle, I may weigh about the same but I look a full size smaller. This is the smallest I have ever been at this particular weight in my whole life...I can't wait till I get to my goal! I really will be thin for the rest of my life! Guest guest
Hi , I am so glad that you are having the same experience I am, and that you, too, are losing a great deal of weight before your very eyes, but let me assure you that if you stopped weighing yourself, you WOULD NOT die!!!! In fact, you might even start losing weight at a FASTER clip, as you would not become nervous and edgy, thus actually slowing down your physical weight loss by the mental weight you would be carrying around, if you know what I mean. So, I would suggest that you only weigh yourself, maybe once every six months, or, better yet, just once a year!!! After all, weighing yourself is NOT going to make you lose weight!!! On the other hand, doing as much Life Lift brathing as you can, DEFINITELY WILL make you lose A LOT OF WEIGHT!!!!!!! Another thing that I know is that muscle actually weighs MORE than fat, so, if, let's say, you lose 40 lbs. of fat you would look larger than you would if you lost 40 lbs. of muscle!! So, just because two women might both weigh 130 lbs. that does not mean that they would both be the same size. The one who lost 40 lbs. of fat would look larger than the one who lost 40 lbs. of muscle!!! Funny how that works, huh? So, congratulations on your weight loss, my dear. Please keep up the good work. By the way, did you ever stop to think that by losing a great deal of weight from Life Lift breathing, you just might make you MS a lot less severe? After all, it seems to me that the heavier an MS sufferer would be, the more devasting the disease would be, but then I am no doctor!!! Love always, Pat Re:First Life Lift anniversary Congratulations Pat! I've been dancing around my house because of 4 weeks of progress with LL! Guest guest
Hi Pat , you might not be a doctor but i think you may be onto something about the weight and the MS , my hubby has seizures and the more he weights the more medication it requires to keep it controlled.
