Guest guest
Hi , I really can't believe how quickly Life Lift breathing is revolutionizing my body and my life, and also the way I think of myself in other areas of my life, too. Thank you so very much for your words of encouragement and for your prayers. You can be sure that I won't forget to send you BEFORE and DURING (because I will be doing Life Lift breating for the rest of my life) pictures of myself next summer after my brother snaps my picture for me!!! I really can't wait to see what I will look like by then, but then next summer will be here before we know it, won't it????? So, go for it, girl!!! Just make sure that you do 100 Life Lift breaths a day every day for the rest of your life. You will lost the 40 lbs. that you want to lose, and by keeping up the practice of doing 100 Life Lift breaths per day for the rest of your life, you will absolutely NEVER have an overweight/obesity problem ever again!!! I am routing for you, , sweetheart!!! Never forget that I am in yuor cheering section!!! Love always, Pat Bedford wrote: > Hi Pat, > > Wow...I am astonished at your results! Guest guest
Hi and Melinda, I love to read the communication between you, and it would be so wonderful if you two could meet in person some time. I look forward to hearing about that through this list if it ever happens. You know, I am hoping and praying that I will meet a Life Lifter who lives in Vermont through this list. Then, I will be able to meet that person through this wonderful Life Lift list and possibly eventually take that online friendship offline into the " real " world. That must be something that is SO MUCH fun to do!!! Well, we will see what happens in the future, won't we???? I sure hope that someone who lives in Vermont joins our group sometime!!! I don't think that we have any other Vermonters other than myself in our Life Lift group, do we???? Love always, Pat Bedford wrote: > Melinda, > > Your message made me LOL. Guest guest
I don't care how I look when I do LL as far as my facial expression is concerned. I would rather have a skinny body and make funny faces than have a fat body and a straight face!!! Too bad that your family is not encouraged to do LL by your example, , but, unfortunately, many families are like that. Instead of copying and picking up good habits from their relatives, they only seem to pick up the bad ones!!! Guest guest
Hey Melinda, we have some really close friends that live in your same area. They are building a new house in Pecan orchard but I think it is in the section before yours. When you go down the street you can probably see it. It's a white mediterranian with a red tile roof. Still under construction so you can't miss it. You would love them, they're really nice people. we have been friends for many years. They moved from here to Granbury about 3 years ago to be closer to their children. Love, On 10/8/06, Bedford <julieb2005@...> wrote: > > Melinda, > > Your message made me LOL.
