Laurie, thanks for sharing this information - - I'm going to try that myself.

Like you, I have trouble fitting things in for me after I get my day going. Who

is Dr. Mindell?

Note from Dr. Earl Mindell - may be good for some of us.

I got the pleasure of speaking with him the other night.

I told him about my situation, about how I eat very healthy, have always been

super healthy, but for some reason gained 50 lbs in 1 year, (with no baby

excuse!) and I am having a hard time losing it - even during the school year, I

would take the kids to school, and go walk 5 miles before I came home every day

- and NO results with that either (I felt better but no lost fat). Now that

summer has come - I have not got out to go walk each day like I should!

Anyway, I told him about Rashelle, and http://LifeLift.net :o)

In his diet plan for people he also tells people to breathe as well. I told

him that I TRY to do her tapes every day, BUT, if I do NOT get them done 1st

thing in the morning before I do anything else, then my day gets SO busy, that I

do not have time, and then by night I am too tired. So, I try daily, and I DO

incorporate a few breaths in the day, but I do not think enough.

Anyway - his suggestion was that to when you wake up in the morning, set your

alarm just 10 minutes earlier, and then when you wake, as you lay in the bed, do

10 -12 REALLY GOOD breaths before you get out of bed. He said do the breaths

full, and nice and slow - holding atleast 5 counts for each part of the

breathing.

Anyway - I am going to try this - so I ATLEAST get that much in - even though

I am still trying to do more as well! :)

Who is HIM? In other words, WHO did you tell about Life Lift? I cannot

tell from the text below. From what you say, it soounds like you are
