Guest guest Posted January 13, 2007 Report Share Posted January 13, 2007 Morning Everyone , Hope you all have a great day today and with lifelift how can it help but be anything else : O ) Did my 100 lifelift breaths this morning in bed along with isometric and isotonic positions . Then held onto the fridge and counter and walked in place for 20 minutes . Then did 10 standing pushup against the kitchen counter as i boiled the water for my morning tea.
