I am home again and back into my regular routine and it sure feels good to be able to get up and have time to get in my " LL " breathing , exercise and have a healthy breakfast again. For the record i have done my 100 LL breaths with positions , walked 1,000 steps did 30 bicep curls each arm , 30 tricep kickbacks each arm , and 30 pushups .
